Below is the layout for a two-color educational brochure. This was designed so that it could be used by itself or as part of an informational folder that would contain other brochures.

This brochure was a tailored piece that would be printed specifically for each individual that would receive one.  Information was submitted on a questionnaire and the results would dictate the content.  This was a four color piece.
